how can i show my free tables contenct via asp pages

Hi all,
i want create asp pages for some report listing. how would be connection strings for that (specially DSNLess) for free vfp table and behind dbc tables. if anyone send here some code samples (add-update-edit-delete-listing) it would be very appreciated.
