Hi,

We have a user info. That is the general email account for the company.

I as an administrator/installer of exchange 2003 can use info in the from box in Outlook 2003 and people see this as coming from info. If they reply they send it to info.

How can I give a user the same capability?

Send on behalf is no good because then the receivers mail or call the person xxx in the xxx on behalf of info.

Thanks

This has been covered in here and Exchange 2000 on dozens of occasions. Search for "send as".
