how can i send a endless soundstream via tcp/ip and VB

i want to write a program, that allows me to speak with other users of my program with a headset via tcp-ip.
it must be fullduplex and in realtime. and i use visual basic 6 and directx 8. i hope, somebody of you can help me or give me an idea, how i can do that.
