Greetings All

In Word, If I customize the toolbars, I can save a file with extension .dot and copy this file to a different machine, I will have the same toolbars setting. Can Excel be done the same? and what file would that be?

The reason I want to do this is on my Excel I customized in External data some icons to run Macros. When I use the file in my machine, it would work fine, but if another user open my Excel file he/she can not see the icon in my toolbars and therefore can run the macro.

Thanks for help

Ken,
I did a search but did not find any file with *.xlb extension. (Excel 2002)
Where is it located?
Thanks

I was reading in Microsoft KB about "Default toolbars and toolbar buttons seen instead of customizations in Excel"
in which it is mention that Excel10.xlb should be located in:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel

But I just could not find the file.
How can get install or create this file now?

Please Help
