How can I run a query on a specific date

Hi,
I have 2 Action Queries, that I need to run on specific dates each year, query 'qryA' needs to be run on 30 June each year and query 'qryB' needs to be run on 31 December.
Is there any way that this can be done, and if the database is not opened on either of those days, would it be possible to run them on the next day it is opened, whenever that is?
