The web service on an S8300 LSP (CM 3.1.3) either isn't running, or isn't working properly. So I can't use the normal method to reboot the server because I can't get any response via the browser. I CAN telnet in, but I can't run the 'shutdown' or the 'reboot' command (it tells me they don't exist). I guess alternatively I could stop and start apache/httpd, but it won't let me do the redhat method of doing that either.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can either reboot the S8300 remotely or restart Apache?

PS. The only login that's working right now is craft.

If craft is working with craft01, then root and root01 should work.

Try "stop -r" to reboot linux (su - root)
