Hi Ken,

I have a subreport in my report, but I only want it to run or be displayed if "Y" is entered into a parameter called subreport. Is this possible, and if so can you show me how?

Thanks,

LaShonda

Create a separate section for it, for instance if it's in the Report Footer, right click the report footer and select insert section below.

Place the subreport in it, and right click the section, select format section and in the X-2 next to Suppress place something like:

{?PrintSubreportParm} = "N"

-k

Right click on your sub-report. Pick Format Subreport... For the Suppress, click the (x-2) button. Use the following for your formula:

{?subreport?)="No"

Or you can use:
not({subreport})="Yes" Mike
