How can I lockdown the desktop?

How can I lockdown and secure a users desktop ICA session such as not showing network neighborhood, my computer, Run, and control panel except for add printer icon and the rest of the control panel I dont what them displayed??

I am working with a Win2003 server with Metaframe xp running. Any help or guidance will much appreciated.
