how can i list the current port usage/assignment

Is there a way to list what services are bound to what ports on winxp pro? I've got a problem installing software since a port required is already in use and I'm trying to find out what is using the prt concerned.

(for reference I'm installing apache and tomcat but tomcat won't run since something has already bound port 8005)

You could just use netstat with the appropriate switches, but there is also Port Reporter from Microsoft.
