How can i let a billboard 'stick' on the camera when i rotate the camera? I've got a vector "Camerapos" with the camera position and "Rotation" with the rotation of the camera in radians, and "Degrees" in degrees.

Can someone please help me???????????

P.S i work in visual basic, but a Visal C++ answer would be helpfull too. (perhaps i can translate in VB)
