How can I increase the Timeline of Premier 5.1c past 3hrs.

Can anyone help me to increase the timeline limitation of premier 5.1c past 3hrs. In the old 4.2 version you could add and extra statement to the prem32.ini
[override] Section
MaxTimeLine=4
This would give you 4hrs.
But this does not work in premier 5.1c.
I am editing a wedding that has gone over the 3hr limit.
