HI, All
Could you pls let me know how can we import or export Internet mail account setting from outlook2000.there are 50 users in my office.there is no pc fix for every user anyone can sit on any pc. so whenever a user changes his desktop(PC) I have to set the outlook internet mail settings for that user so i don't want to do this,i want to save thes settings in a file so that i could be able to import mail seetings when ever users chage their PC. is there any way to do this like we create .pst files for mail so we have to just add the personal folder in outlook and give the .pst files path.

pls help on this.

Outlook 2000 has a mail account export feature.
I'm doing this from memory now - go to TOOLS ->ACCOUNTS.
Select the mail tab.
Select the email account account of interest. One of the buttons on that page should say Export.

Further to my earlier reply - one of the buttons should say Import as well.

I'll let you figure it out from there.

that I know we can import internet settings but we can import internet settings from outlook express. I want to export internet settings or whtever i set into ol2k. so that next time i can just import that setting from that file. I want to export internet mail settings from OL@K and export it into OL2K.

Got my point or not

thanks
