How can I have a Query run automatically at a certain time of day 1

I have a query that I need to have run automatically at a certain time of day everyday. Anyone have any ideas on how I can do this? Would really appreciate the help

Use windows scheduler to open the database at a set time. Create a macro called autoexec in the database that calls the query, this will get invoked when the bd opens.
