How can I get date correct? 1

User is using Toshiba laptop with WinME as O/S. The date is set correctly in the Control Panel Date/Time folder. When the user is in Word 2000, the date of letters is two days behind. Example May 5, 2004 is in Date/Time folder and on his letter in Word 2000 it is May 3, 2004. Is there a setting I have missed? Can anyone help? I have never seen a PC do this. Thanks!

THe date and time were current on the task bar....just not in Word 2000. Thanks for link, I will try this.
