I just want to forbid several port manuall, so I didn't want to install a net firewall.

I know that Windows allow us to permit a certain port in Network Connections->Local Area Connection->Properties->General->TCP/IP->Properties->Advanced->Options->TCP/IP filtering->Properties.

However, it only allow me to permit all or permit some. But I want to forbid some! Do I have to add all the permitted ports from 0 to 65535 except the ones I want to forbid! It is an unimaginable work!

Could you help me? Thanks very much!!!
