How can I find out page refreshed?

Hi All,

I Have one textbox and one button.

After entering data in textbox user have to hit button to inserdata into data base.

After hitting button If User refreshes the screen it's inserting data into database.

How can I avoid to insert into database while refreshing page.

what you should to is when the form sends the page content to the processing page, have this processing page response.redirect back to your form page. This should fix the problem.
