How can I expand in Crystal 8.5?

Hi guys!

How can I expand in Crystal 8.5? For example I have a TOTAL field that contains a certain amount of transactions, when I click on the total field I want to display the transactions that make up that total.

I do want to do something like a drill down but it must not create a new tab on the report but just do something like a hide/unhide thing.

I don't think you can get away from seeing a new tab--whether you use the drilldown feature or use an on-demand subreport.

As far as I'm aware, you can only achieve this using a partial drilldown hyperlink, navigating to another location in the same report, using the Crystal Enterprise's DHTML viewer.

If you have CE, I'd be happy to walk you through the process, otherwise you're stuck with the tab.
