Hi All,

We have over 60 Different Universe and I was wondering if anyone has possibly created a macro that can run through the Universes and give me a list of all the objects that are contained within them?

I need this because if there are any schema changes applied to the database it becomes quite cumbersome to go through each Universe manually.

I know of a Auditor component but I have heard it does not work quite right.

You wouldn't use a Macro for this. What database are you using? If it's Oracle, there is a universe (managero) on the cd (freeware directory of disk1) that you can connect to your repository. You can then write reports against the universe domain and get a ton of information on what's in your universes.

If you are just interested in the objects and mapping column in the universe. You can document this by printing the detailed report from Designer it self.
open the universe throught designer and file->print preview see the information you are interested in is present. else go to tools->option and print tab check the details you want to be printed
