How can I design a custom web browser? I want to design a custom web browser as has on their flash site. I would rather not use flash but if that’s the only way to do then I guess I’m stuck. Please Help!

Looking at the site, if thats the level of interactivity you want then its either Flash or a very high standard of DHTML.
I have seen sites with DHTML that have blown me away, but they are a lot bigger file sizes than there Flash cousins.
Don't give up on Flash. Its quite easy to use, easier than bleedin' Microsoft Word, anyway

I've seen anouther site called where I think he used a java script to make his.. would I be correct on this assumption?
