yeah... as AJ says... create a distribution group. That group will have an email address, eg. funnybunny@poobrain.com
you then add three user accounts user1,user2 and user3 to the distribution group and as long as all three users have exchange mailboxes, they will receive a mail sent to funnybunny.

Each user can only have one mailbox. You can allow users to open additional mailboxes, or assign additional SMTP addresses to a user, but you can't have a user with three mailboxes.

what you can do if you want a user to have three email addresses is to create a user as per normal and give them an exchange mailbox. Then go into their exchange properties in Active Directory, and add new SMTP email addresses to the user's account. So essentially one user has a mailbox but with multiple email addresses. So as an example I have my account joebloggs@uhdush.what and I add postmaster@uhdush.what and webmaster@uhdush.what - I can now receive mails for all three addresses. If you're looking for a separate mailbox for each address but all somehow linked to one user, then I'm afraid what you're asking for is simply out of this world my man!

Actually, I detest the star system personally. I just don't appreciate others tagging along after a question has been answered with the exact same answer as someone else has already provided. Just move along to the next thread and help someone else.

A common desire for circumstances like this is for the user to be able to receive email from multiple addresses but also to be able to send from a specific address.
As has been mentioned, you can have the user receive email on multiple accounts by adding additional SMTP addresses.
By default, when the user SENDS mail it will be from whatever email address is their default, without consideration for the account the mail was sent to.
To get around this, at the client system you can add a new IMAP email account and point it to your server. IMAP accounts leave mail on the server, so you won't be adding any excess traffic or files. This will then give your user a new button near the Send button that will let them choose which account to send From.
I suspect that the combination of this and the above advice will satisfy your desire for three mailboxes.
Your user can further enhance this by creating three folders in their mailbox and use rules to direct incoming mail from each address to its respective folder, thus isolating the three addresses.
