How can I create small pop-up windows?

I have help file icons on my pages that, when clicked on, should open up a small window with the appropriate help text. How do link to pages that will open up in a specific size, and yet have a scroll bar?

this is covered on many threads -- on many sites -- even in the manual.

first put forth some effort then when you hit a road block come and ask

hint: try behaviors or window.open function

It's certainly not covered in the manual that came with the program (at least not the one I have), as I've read that one in its entirety. It's also not in the help area, as I've gone through that one too. I tend to come here only after I've exhausted those resources.

then go to behaviors and open browser window

Ok, thanks. One last question...
The window that pops up has a title bar (like every window in windows). However, in the past I have seen some pop-up windows that had no title-bar. How can I remove the title bar from my window?

i dont know if that possible with a popup -- it might be a layer that is designed as a popup

Open Help (F1) on index type:

"Open Browser Window"
or as menitoned:
"Show Hide Layers"
