How can i convert RTF to HTML?

Hi all,

Am in a project where the user should be able to export the contents of an Rich text box to HTML. I am wondering how this can be done.
I would like some help on converting RTF (in rich text box) to HTML source.
If we are succesful in generating the html source, how can we save embedded pictures to a particular location, along with the file?

Am confused. Pls help me to get going..
Do anybody have a sample source link or advices for me?
