How can I change my web page size??? 1

I've designed my site, and I THOUGHT at on point some how I had set my over all dimensions to 640 X 480 - but now that I've posted my site I think I have designed it at 1024 X 768, on my laptop it looks great, but when I try to veiw it on 15" and 17" monitors it is too large to fit nicely on the page without scrolling from side to side Is there some way that I can fix this without completely starting over?
PLEASE HELP!!!

yes you can reset, go into your DW, and reset the screen size and then uploade you site again.
