How can i change a answering machine detection configuration??

Hello,
When a answering machine is detected in the destination phone, my system clears the call.
How can obviate this???

I'm not a CTI wizard, but do you have an action defined for that event in your app? I can imagine that if there's none, it hangs up the line..
Some predictive dialers use this event to put the number back in the outgoing que for later callback etc, so I think you must be able to do something with it.

Look for a facility along the lines of AMD detect and set to "no" on Davox diallers its called AMD so I should look for that
