How can I build a macro to page through a report

I build a table of content using a report but inorder for the table of content to be fully generated I must page entirely through the report. I think it would be fine if I went directly to the last page. I thought macros would be pretty self explanatory but I am dense or they are not straight forward. I would like to do this through a macro to make it as easy as possible for the user. Thank
