How can get back get back my mailboxes, My Winnt Server has Crashed.

I have a crashed Windows NT with my Exchange 5.5. I have installed a new machine with Windows2000server and Exchange 2000. How can i get my user mailboxes en calendars back from my crashed Windows NT. I can read the WinNT disk (no hardware problem).

We had the same problem at work and you will either have to use a backup tape, if you created one, or call Microsoft and they can rebuild you inboxes.

i have a not so common solution, worked only with 5.5 to 5.5
copy all your exchange data from you crashed machine (i think exchsrv/mdbdata, well we moved to postfix so i can't check it) to the exchange dir on the new machine
then run i think isinteg, the newer edbutil - or edbutil is the newer isinteg, don't know :-|
you will loose some mails that were stored in some temp logs, but all other mails and the other stuff are restored
