Please help, our company used to have all calls for our main number be answered by the autoattendant. I want to change it so that it goes to the receptionist. I created a coverage path and put the attd as the first point and voicemail hunt group as the second point. During the day it works fine but when in night service, it still rings at the attd console. What am I doing wrong. Could someone please point me in the right direction. I have a IP600 R10. I have changed the system parameters coverage inside and outside to 8 rings because it does not follow the ring in my coverage path for the main number. Thank-you in advance.

Do you know which Trunk Group is being used for your Main Number? If so, check the "Incoming Destination" and "Night Service" fields within that group to find out which Ext.'s are being used.

After this has been established you can then manipulate the Coverage Path for these Ext.'s and/or change the Ext.'s themselves to an entirely different destination.

Regards

It comes in on trunk group 1, and you are right, I just added an entry in the night field and created an night autoattendant. Works perfectly. Thanks for your help.
