How 🤔 to configure Non Business hours Time Condition inside a Non Business Time Condition to call an external number if Time matches, and if it doesn't it goes to Business hours❓
 
You can chain multiple time conditions if you want.

You should first configure each time condition separately (not one "inside" the other). It might be a good idea to test each of them separately at this point. Then you can use the "time condition 2" as a destination of the "time condition 1".
When a call is received, the system will first examine the "time condition 1" and then route it further. If the configured destination is "time condition 2", it would then examine the second time condition and route the call to the appropriate configured destination of this second time condition.
 
What's the appropriate configured destination 🤔 of the second time condition 🤔, meaning 🤔 the external destination?
 
That is completely up to you. You want to route calls based on the time condition in a different way - so you should know what the handling should be for each case.

The first destination is for the case when the time condition matches, the second destination is for the case when it does not match the time condition. For example, if the time condition is for business hours, you could for example set the matching destination to an IVR that is to be used during business hours and the non-matching destination to a general mailbox that is to be used outside of business hours.
