Hotspots DW4

I upgraded to DW4 and tried to place a hotspot on an image but it wont let me. This is as far as I get:

I first select the image.
Then in the Map Name field, I type a name for the image map.
Then I select the circle tool and drag the pointer over the image to create a circular hotspot.


This is as far as I get and the computer then beeps at me. I have tried the circle, square, and other thing but the computer just keeps beeping at me. I have created hotspots in DW3 all the time so I'm wondering if there is another step I need to take in DW4 to make this work. Any solutions?

I use D4 too but u did not get any such problems

i tried to 2 methods ie giviging a name to the map and just directly creating a map both worked

an other method is use a external maping tool like map this
