hotspot behavior: making it "light up"

Probably an easy thing to learn how to do, but I'm lazy now. When I go over a "hotspot," I want it to light up, or change colors. How do I do this? Can I do it in dreamweaver or is it something I have to do in fireworks?

It depends on what your hotspots are. If they are text links, you can use css to change them. If they are graphics, use DW to swap them out when you hover. (But you'll have to have to create the graphics in some other program like Fireworks or download them, etc.)
