Hot Line w/no dial tone

I have a ring down which has no dialtone.I thought it was a bad port. 3 ports later I outed and rebuilt. I get dialtone on port until ftr hot d 4 2222 is added. Am I missing something?

I don't think you should get dial tone. Does the ringdown call X2222?

I had similar problem, had to build as Enhanced hotline. Worked fine after that.

90 percent of my are FTR HOT D 4810.. if your on rls 3 you might need to either add lna or lnd to cls, when i did the upgrade, half of mine stopped working.. found out i could change that and they came back. later installed the new patch

Mine also quit working after an upgrade. Or at least half of them did. Only way I could get them to work was with the Enhanced Hot Line. Didn't know there was a patch.
