Recently upgraded a customer from an old 6x16 to a new CICS 7.1. The customer kept their existing M7208 sets in all locations. Some users have noticed their handsets being "hot",but only their own voices, not the person on the other end.The problem occurs on all calls, both trunk level & intercom. I've set the system volume to "set volume" & turned down the volume on the set, but obviously that drops the far end volume also. Anyone have any ideas? My next step will to be bringing over a T series phone to see if maybe there are problems with that particular vintage 7208's compatibility with the new CICS.
