Hi all!
We're getting ready to implement a hot fail-over server to our primary remedy box (we're running ARS 5.1.2, SQL2K (on a separate box) with Helpdesk and Asset Management modules).
The mirrored box will be off-site and I have hot backup licenses already obtained for it. It's currently a dev box so I'm just going to burn it down and rebuild it from scratch.
My question: If anyone's done this kind of thing, do you have any documentation I might look at for guidance (on the physical setup as well as the configuration to make the boxes talk back and forth and to automatically "switch" when the primary goes down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!![[pc3] [pc3] [pc3]](/data/assets/smilies/pc3.gif)
