We have a client that has it's own windows 2000 domain server and exchange running on it's LAN. We are going to move all of their applications into a ASP based model hosted on our datacenter via citrix, my question is is it possible to move their exchange db and restore in our exchange 2003 server maybe putting them in their own data store and then create the new users in our domain and then map these users to their maiboxes containing their old e-mail from their old exchange server? or is there a better way to perform this? Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The only way you will pull it off is to use ExMerge to export the mailboxes and import them on the new server.
