if i do need a host that suports things such as ASP, JSP and Cold Fusion to like my site with databases....does anyone have any suggestions on good hosting compaines for a reasonable price? i would like to spend no more than $10/mo as i will only be using less than 50MB of space for now...

You might try if you can keep below 30mb its free. I dont want to go to Chelsea!!!
