hosting IE in windows form creates error

Hi,

I'm trying to host axWebBrowser object in a windows form,
but I get this error:

A first chance exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' occurred in system.windows.forms.dll

Additional information: Unknown error

And I have not even asked for a page then ...
Anyone with a solution? The gap between theory and practice is not as wide in theory as it is in practice.
