Hi All,
Anyone ever used HVS? We have an 81C on S3.0, and a MM13. Our hospital is looking for a better way to do notifications when housekeeping starts and finishes cleaning rooms, etc. Anyone ever used it for this application? I got lost in the NTP... it was kinda boring! TIA - Matt

i've used hosp, services on a smaller app, it works if the housekeeping staff uses it, dial a code on checkout, changes the room to dirty, makes the phone fre (flexable), when the maid, leaves the room, another code marks it clean, on check-in another code, controls ncos and class to allow local,ld, etc.. pain to maintain, callouts when a user can't call, it can control accounting systems etc, after market

Is there any built-in database functionality for notification via another application, or perhaps paging integration w/ MM13? Perhaps, they could enter the 'cleaning in progress' FFC and then when they enter the finish, dial another FFC and MM pages someone? Thanks -M
