site has a Opt.61c (rls 3.0) M.Mail 12. the problem is is the rooms ( X list ) they want to be able to dial 911 and a 18xx number. we can do all this when the room is checked in but when the room is not ( vacant ) we can not. do I need to reprogram the Xlist to allow this. they have people working in the rooms at all times. and they need to dial this one 18xx number and 911 all times. but still restrict any other calls.

That isn't in XLST but rather the room's CLS is changed when it is checked out, restricting the set from making calls.

I would look at the LD21 REQ PRT, TYPE CCS, data and see what CLS is effected when the room is checked out.

If you implement ESA, I think Rls 3.0 will then allow 911 no matter what the CLS, but I'm not positive

GHTrout is correct:

Class of Service Restriction
ESA calls override any system Class of Service restrictions, such as:
Unrestricted Service (UNR), Conditionally Restricted (CUN), Conditionally
Toll Restricted (CTD), Toll Restricted (TLD), Semi-restricted (SRE), and
Fully Restricted (FRE).

the 800 number though is another matter. if this is tempary while you are remodeling rooms - would consider changing LD 15/CCS_Data/ CCRS and or ECC1 and 2 to SRE or TLD
