I have noticed an ad for GratisWare that occurs appears on the computer after I access my site. After it appears, there is a file in my Temp Inet Files folder that read as the full url for the file name. I seems to happen randomly;

I visited the site and clicked on each link to see when it appears in the temp folder, and after several clicks, there it was again...

I don't know if this is being executed server side (although no script are written to my page aside from mine), or if I got a 'virus' of sorts on the box that just opens itself up every now and then.

Anyone seen this before?

I don't appreciate pop up ads and I know my visitors don't either.

This is probably due to some spyware which has been installed on your machine somehow. Try opening task manager and looking for any odd processes going on, and then remove the offending items. Nick (Software Developer)
