Horizontal Scrollbar

Hello,

I have a problem on my webpage.
When you look it at 800*600 you see a vertical scrollbar and the button "interactief" is moving down.
I want to get a horizontal scrollbar and the button to stay on his place, at the right.

I would rather just make the link buttons a little smaller, its not a good practice to have scrollbars (vertical or horizontal) all over the place...
I would also not use frames... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
