Hi,

In MS Word, I created a horizontal divider by typing hyphen (-) three times and press the return. Now, I can't delete it no matter what I have tried, except by "Select All" and delete the entire 20-page document. I've even tried to copy parts of the document to avoid the divider but it still doesn't work. Any help please? Thank you.

Sure you can.
Select a few paragraphs before and after it so it encompasses the area with the divider.

Hit Format-Borders and Shading, Borders tab. Hit NONE. Or just hit the *no border* button on your toolbar.

Go to Tools-Autocorrect, Autoformat as you type and get rid of the settings that are doing that to you. But, all it does is create a border, which you can easily remove. It's more like a paragraph format than an *object*, tho, like text, you know?

:)
