Hopeless access user still trying to learn VB

Annyone out there knows a good online tutorial for a user who has just lost his brain?

My brain just crached becouse of some problem you can all read back to. Called "NeedReplyFast!! Shifting between chooiseboxes and email results"

I still didn't figure out and no one is verry eager to do it for me as i can understand by the way!

anyway i gotta get a new brain and than read the tutorial. Can anyone reply whit an url? Thanks [sig][/sig]
