Hook up a machine inbetween router and network;view packets!

We need to examine all the packets leaving our network. Can anyone tell me how to setup a w2k computer w/ 2 nic card so as to have one nic card connected to the router and one connected to the switch(rest of the network) I need to know how to configure it and if is possible.

You can run a Proxy server and log everything. A+, MCP, CCNA
