I have over 150 users on my domain. All of their home directories are on the file server.
I have see other people use DOS to do a search for root folders which are over a specified size.
Does anyone have any idea what the command line would be?
DIR /s only lists what is in all folders.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What you need is a small Command prompt utility called DIRUSE which returns the number or bytes (Kb or Mb) in use by a particular directory. Place this in a batch file which traverses the Home drive volume of you server, redirecting the output to a text file.

I believe that it was included in the NTRESKIT, but I'm not sure. Jolly useful util though.
