You can't use "holidays" feature if you have more then one companie,unless you do a generic greeting like "You've reach companie A,B and C, etc..)
Record a greeting for each and assign it in each table.
You would have to set it just before leaving for holidays and change it back when holiday's over.

The Holiday Greeting overrides all greetings in all tables for the duration of the Holiday that is scheduled.
