In the change console-parameters screen on page 2 there are 2 fields:
Time reminder on Hold Time in seconds a call can be on hold before being offered back to the operator who put the call on hold (warning tone) and:
Return Call Timeout Time in seconds after which a transferred call will be returned to the operator who transferred the call.
