Hi, I am trying to do an odd one. I want one particular mailbox to not send any messages until after hours. We send a copy of all the mail we generate to this mailbox and then send it to an auditing company. The problem is this mailbox sends a ton of mail, I want it to hold all it's mail until after hours then send it all. We use Journaling to that mailbox, then I use an Outlook rule to forward it when it gets to that mailbox. I am using Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003, Windows 2003. Any help is appreciated.

Instead of using a rule to just forward the messages, you might want to look at using vbscript to do it and set the message delivery time via script.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark

Hey, thanks for the advice, but I need it to do it without taking up a machine, I need it to be done on the server.
