How in the world do i change my hold music on a 2000ips? can it be done without matworx? does the work? cause i need it done and soon. thanks for any help ahead of time.

The hold music on the 2000IPS is fed directly into the main processor (CP24) via a miniature Jack plug follow the lead away from the system to find out what source you are using and change it there.
