Hold Button Blinking

Samsung OS7030 with 3 DS-5014's. On one extension, 202, the hold button is blinking. Only 2 trunks coming into system and neither of them are open. I did perform an mmc890 DB Init on that extension and the light went out 2 weeks ago and now it's back. Any suggestions on how to make it stop blinking?
