Many 1120 phones mainly from a specific series (NTYS03AEE6 03) are heard with noisy and hoarse sound by the far party when using hand set. With head set and speakerphone no problems. Sometimes it happens after a day or a few hours and sometimes it is on each call. Resetting the phone helps sometimes (until next session). It happens both with BCM and CS1000. Any idea how to fix this problem?
